01The build

Craftsmanship
and control.

A successful build is about more than completing works on site. It takes careful planning, skilled trades, clear sequencing and the ability to make decisions before small details become expensive problems.

Garrity delivers high-end construction for London homes and commercial spaces, from full refurbishments and renovations to garden rooms, extensions and detailed interior fit-outs. Every stage is managed with care, from preparation and coordination through to finishing, snagging and handover.

Whether we are working in a period home, a family house or a commercial interior, the focus is the same: build quality that feels considered, durable and true to the design intent.

Get the structure, the sequencing and the first fix right, and the finish looks after itself. Aiden Garrity · Founder

06Construction and build FAQs
What construction services does Garrity offer?
Refurbishments, renovations, extensions, loft conversions, garden rooms, interior fit-outs and structural works for London homes and commercial spaces, either as a standalone service or as part of a wider design, build and bespoke joinery project.
Do you manage full home renovation projects?
Yes. We manage the construction works as part of the wider renovation, coordinating trades, programme, site activity and finishing details, with founder Aiden Garrity overseeing every project personally.
Can you work in period properties?
Yes. Much of our work is in Victorian and Edwardian homes across North London, where sensitivity, planning and careful detailing are essential to preserve character while improving how the house works.
Do you work alongside architects and interior designers?
Yes. We regularly build to designs by architects, interior designers and engineers, including Caz Myers Design and Studio Milne, turning the design intent into a well-built finished space. We can also provide design in-house.
Can bespoke joinery be part of the build?
Yes. Bespoke joinery is our signature discipline, so kitchens, wardrobes, storage, shelving, cabinetry and architectural details can be designed and made as part of the same project by the same team.
Which areas do you cover?
North, North-East, North-West, Central and West London, with a strong portfolio in Highgate, Hornsey, Muswell Hill and Crouch End, and commercial work in Walthamstow and Shoreditch.
