The vision for this traditional Victorian house in Crouch End was led by Caz Myers Design, respecting the home’s historic character while introducing a refined, contemporary interior tailored for modern living.
The design carefully balances period features with sophisticated new elements. Original cornicing, fireplaces and proportions were kept and restored, then set against a calm contemporary palette rather than covered over by it.
Garrity was commissioned to deliver the bespoke joinery and construction work throughout the property, working closely to Caz Myers’ design intent. Custom-built bookshelves, bedroom furniture and fitted wardrobes were meticulously crafted to maximise space and enhance the architectural detailing of the interiors.

Floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes, set flush and detailed to match the room’s existing lines. Maximum storage with the proportions of the original house left intact.

Contemporary fittings and finishes set within the footprint the house already had. New where it needs to be new, quiet enough that the period rooms either side still read as the same home.
