Why Garrity

The Garrity

01Our commitment to you
01

Uncompromising quality

The finest materials and master craftspeople who share our standards. A flawless finish that stands the test of time. Anything less gets done again.

02

Transparent process

Open, honest communication from day one. A dedicated project manager and full visibility on progress and costs at every stage.

03

Bespoke by design

Your vision is the blueprint. We never use templates. Every project is a unique collaboration, tailored to how you live.

04

End-to-end service

Design and build under one roof means a single point of accountability and a seamless, efficient, stress-free journey.

02What that means on site
01

The founder runs the job, not a sales team

Aiden Garrity is on every site, every week. The person you meet at the first consultation is the person overseeing the build, making the decisions and answering your calls.

02

A trusted team, not whoever is available

We work with a long-standing network of master tradespeople, many of whom have been with us for years. Clients regularly tell us the team was “more like having guests to stay”.

03

Costs you can see

An itemised proposal before we start, and clear communication about any change before it happens. No surprises at the end of the job.

04

Joinery made for your home, by us

Bespoke joinery is our signature discipline. Kitchens, wardrobes, panelling and furniture are designed and built for the space, not adapted from a catalogue.

05

Respect for the house and the people in it

Period homes are treated with care, original features are protected, and sites are kept tidy and safe. Clients describe the team as professional, courteous and considerate.

03Craftsmanship

True luxury is
in the details.

It is in the perfect alignment of a joint, the smooth finish of hand-sanded timber and the thoughtful selection of materials that age beautifully. Our team are not just builders, they are artisans who take real pride in their work.

This dedication to craft is the cornerstone of our reputation and the reason our projects endure. It is also why so much of our work comes through recommendation from previous clients.

06Before you choose a builder
Who will actually be on site?
Aiden Garrity oversees every project personally and is on site every week, supported by a dedicated project manager and our long-standing network of master tradespeople. You will know who is in your home and who to speak to.
How do you handle costs and changes?
You receive an itemised proposal before work starts, and any change to scope or cost is discussed and agreed with you before it happens. Full visibility on costs and progress is one of our four core commitments.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer?
Yes. Much of our residential work is delivered alongside interior designers such as Caz Myers Design, and our commercial projects with studios such as Studio Milne. We can also provide architectural and interior design in-house if you are starting from scratch.
Do you only do large renovations?
No. Alongside full renovations and extensions we take on bespoke joinery commissions such as kitchens, fitted wardrobes, libraries and panelling, as well as commercial fit-outs. If you are unsure whether a project is a fit, get in touch and we will tell you honestly.
Which areas do you cover?
North, North-East, North-West, Central and West London, with a strong portfolio in Highgate, Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Hornsey, and commercial work in Walthamstow and Shoreditch.
