The Vision

The full internal refurbishment of Glasslyn Road was designed by Caz Myers Design, celebrating colour, texture, and the home’s inherent character. The design approach centred on thoughtfully combining original period features with a bold, contemporary aesthetic, resulting in interiors that feel expressive yet timeless.

Garrity was responsible for delivering the bespoke joinery elements and construction work throughout the home, carefully executing the design vision through finely crafted built-in furniture. This included custom bookshelves, fitted wardrobes, and a modern bespoke kitchen designed to act as the functional heart of the property. High-end materials and rich finishes were used throughout, bringing depth, cohesion, and a refined sense of luxury to the completed home.
